- Restroom Access - There are no public restrooms at Franklin Court. Restrooms are unlocked and available for use on Floors 2, 3 and 4 at the Washington Design Center. Additionally, there are restrooms on the Concourse Level. Please visit the Franklin Court Main Lobby security desk to obtain a restroom key for temporary use.
