Rent Payment Procedures

Monthly invoices are generated and distributed as a courtesy to the tenants each month. Please keep in mind that your rent is due on the first day of every month. Late charges will be assessed for payments received after the first of the month unless otherwise denoted in your lease. Other Charges

From time to time you may receive invoices for additional services outlined in your Lease, such as after-hours heating and air conditioning, submetered electricial, etc. For inquiries related to these charges, please contact the Franklin Court Building Management Office at (202) 682-0415.
