All vendors and contractors working at Franklin Court located at 1099 14th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005 must have the required certificate of insurance in order to complete work. Insurance coverage’s for commercial general liability, personal injury and property damage should at all times be in an amount of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000) combined single limit per occurrence and annual aggregate for bodily injury or death, or damage to property.
